You will follow YMCA guidelines, develop lesson plans, and maintain records while engaging with families and staff. This position supports community health and youth development through hands-on instruction and safety

Qualifications

• CPR/AED, First Aid, and emergency oxygen administration certifications required.
• Current YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor certification or equivalent.
• Minimum age 15 and ability to meet safety requirements.

Responsabilités

• Instruct swim lessons per YMCA guidelines with prepared lesson plans and supervise participants.
• Develop positive relationships with participants, volunteers, and families; encourage involvement.
• Convey program information and schedule details to participants and families.
