Northeast Arc is hiring a Program Case Manager/Driver on the Journeys team in Danvers/Stoneham, MA. You will supervise participants, support skill development, and transport them safely to program sites and community locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience with individuals with IDD or related experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and individualized support to participants in day/work programs.
• Complete daily transportation runs per regulations.
• Facilitate skill development activities aligned to participant goals.
• Support participants at volunteer/work sites and community outings.
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with participants, families and staff.
• Operate program vehicles safely and in compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the Program Director to ensure quality service.
