Qualifications

• Possession of a valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and support to individuals with disabilities to enhance daily living skills.
• Attend team meetings to tailor training to individual needs and goals.
• Develop and maintain records and data for accountability and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor progress and adjust training plans as needed to promote growth.
• Assist with transportation and community access to improve outcomes.
