Job summary

CBH Care in Hackensack, NJ seeks a full-time direct care professional to provide IMR and crisis intervention services, assist with daily living skills, and support IRP development. Travel to consumers’ residences may be required, and you will monitor medications at home.

Qualifications include a BSW in Social Work or BA/BS in psychology, one year of direct care experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and generous PTO are offered.
