The Cumberland County Guidance Center in Millville, NJ is hiring a Full-Time Community Support Services Case Manager to advocate for individuals with mental health needs and help them achieve independence. This onsite role focuses on helping clients secure housing, access services, and build life skills within the community.

You’ll collaborate with treatment providers, develop Individual Rehabilitation Plans, and document progress while promoting wellness, self-sufficiency, and in‑home community

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a mental health-related field is required.
• Current RN or LPN license with relevant experience.

Your day to day as a COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICES CASE MANAGER

• Knowledge of community resources and agencies
• Possession of a valid New Jersey driver's license with a clean five‑year driving record that meets organizational standards and qualifies for insurance coverage.
• Willingness to work a flexible 40‑hour schedule which may include evenings weekends holidays and on‑call rotation
