Job summary

Cumberland County Guidance Center in Millville, NJ, is seeking a Full-Time Community Support Services Assistant Director to join our leadership team. This position supports community-based behavioral health services, oversees programs, and guides staff to deliver person-centered care that promotes independence and recovery.

You will supervise case management teams, participate in quality improvement, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to help clients

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related human services field.
• Active New Jersey licensure: LSW, LAC, LAMFT.
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience.
• Minimum two years of mental health or behavioral health experience.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license with acceptable driving history.
• Ability to work a flexible 40-hour schedule.
• Willingness for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Cumberland County Guidance Center is seeking a Full-Time Community Support Services (CSS) Assistant Director to join our leadership team in Millville, NJ.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a licensed behavioral health professional who is passionate about leadership, community mental health, case management, recovery services, and helping individuals achieve greater independence and quality of life.

As the Assistant Director of Community Support Services, you'll play a key role in program oversight, staff supervision, clinical support, and quality improvement initiatives while helping ensure individuals receive high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services throughout the community.

What You'll Do

What You'll Need

Required Qualifications
