Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a human service discipline (Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling).
• Active New Jersey licensure (LAC, LAMFT, or LSW).
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience and two years in mental or behavioral health settings.
• Thorough knowledge of community resources and agencies.
• Valid New Jersey driver’s license with a clean five-year driving record.
• Spanish-speaking skills are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of essential daily living and social skills, conduct comprehensive rehabilitation assessments and plans, and provide timely crisis intervention when required.
• Work under clinical supervision, contribute to effective program oversight, maintain regulatory compliance, and spearhead quality improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate key administrative processes, including the management of representative payee funds, provide in-field supervision, and conduct staff training.
• Participate in team and clinical review meetings to ensure coordinated care and lead impactful change in individuals' lives.
