Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County (CCBC) is hiring a Supervisor for the Community Support Program in Brockton/Attleboro, MA. The role oversees, manages and provides ongoing consultation to CSP staff and assigned cases.

Salary ranges from $51,000 to $58,000 per year, with office and remote work once trained. CCBC is a nonprofit community mental health center serving 50 communities in Massachusetts, providing inpatient, outpatient, and urgent care services.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of case management experience is required (2 years preferred).
• Candidates must have excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and CORI process as required by the department.
• Computer literacy related to the position.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, orientation and training of CSP staff.
• Ensure delegation and completion of daily assignments.
• Provide ongoing supervision to CSP case managers.
• Monitor quality management, productivity and performance standards.
• Triage crisis situations and assist in enacting crisis interventions.
• Complete documentation in a timely fashion, including incident reporting.
• Represent CCBC at meetings and/or committees.
• Develop and manage affiliations with hospitals and inpatient facilities, including oversight of CSP staff.
• Other duties as defined by agency or supervisor.
