Job summary

Community Counseling of Bristol County seeks a Supervisor for the Community Support Program in Massachusetts. The role oversees outreach case management for adults with psychiatric or substance use diagnoses and provides ongoing supervision to CSP staff to ensure quality care.

Responsibilities include hiring and training, delegating daily tasks, monitoring performance, triaging crises, documenting incidents, and building affiliations with hospitals and inpatient facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of case management experience (2 years preferred).
• Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Core-Competencies; valid driver’s license; CORI process; computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, orientation and training of staff in all CSP offices.
• Ensure delegation and completion of daily assignments.
• Provide ongoing supervision to CSP case managers.
• Monitor quality management, productivity and performance standards.
• Triage crisis situations and assist in enacting crisis interventions.
• Complete documentation in a timely fashion, including incident reporting.
• Represent CCBC at various meetings and/or committees.
• Develop and manage affiliations with hospitals and inpatient facilities; oversee CSP staff.
• Other duties as defined by agency, program director and lead supervisor.
