Job summary

Community Counseling Center Inc. is seeking a Community Support Specialist to deliver services to clients in the CPRC program across community and residential settings in Missouri.

You will manage a caseload of 20-25 clients, meeting with them weekly and coordinating with the treatment team. Responsibilities include providing daily living skills training, linking clients to community resources, documenting interactions, and ensuring all records meet DMH, CARF, and state standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or a four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience, or four years of qualifying experience.
• Must hold or obtain by start date MO Class E Driver’s License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must meet CCC’s Motor Vehicle Record standards and have reliable transportation.
• Travel in own vehicle is required.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, or;
• Any four-year combination of higher education and qualifying experience, or;
• Four years of qualifying experience. Note: Qualifying experience includes service delivery to individuals with mental illness, substance abuse disorders, or developmental disabilities.
• Must hold or obtain by start date, MO Class E Driver’s License (Class D for IL Residents), and proof of continuous auto insurance. Must meet CCC’s Motor Vehicle Record standards and have reliable transportation.
