Arbour Counseling Services in Boston is seeking full-time Community Support Program Case Managers to work with adults 18+ in the community, providing outreach, goal setting, and resource navigation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field with one year of direct care experience.
• Massachusetts driver's license and daily access to a registered and insured vehicle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to plan and organize own schedule and client services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; bilingual applicants encouraged.
• Ability to pass CORI and pre-employment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet client weekly to provide outreach and support services.
• Engage client in the treatment system and help implement goals.
• Support client to attain skills and resources for community tenure.
• Coordinate care with providers/contacts; provide telephone coaching.
• Document all meetings and contacts; attend weekly staff meetings.
