The Arbour, Inc. is hiring a full-time Community Support Program Case Manager in Boston, MA.

The role focuses on adults 18+ with mental health needs, delivering outreach, support, and skills training to promote independent living and reduce hospitalizations. We offer a flexible schedule with in-person work, competitive pay of $25.00–$27.00 per hour, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, supervision, and growth opportunities within Arbour Counseling Services and the Universal Health Services

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field.
• 1 year of direct care experience.
• Massachusetts driver’s license.
• Access to a registered and insured vehicle daily.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to plan and organize one’s own schedule and client services.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.
• CORI and pre-employment checks required.

About the Role

Come join our dynamic team of community-based case managers at Arbour Community Services! We are looking for full-time, independent, hard workers who love supporting those in need, while enjoying a flexible schedule, a supportive work environment, and competitive compensation. Our Community Support Program Case Managers work with adults 18+ in the community, living with all types of mental health needs. We provide skills training and connections to community resources to support independent living in their communities, decrease the risk of hospitalization or relapse of substance use, and improve overall quality of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Psychology, Human Services, or a related field with one (1) year of experience providing direct care
• A valid Massachusetts driver’s license
• Daily access to a working, registered and insured vehicle
• Excellent in both written and verbal communications
• Ability to independently plan and organize one’s own schedule and client services
• Knowledge of Microsoft computer systems
• Strong time management skills and organization skills
• Bilingual applicants encouraged
• Candidates must possess appropriate citizenship work documentation
• Candidates must pass a CORI and drug test, as well as other pre-employment documentation
