Job summary

Greater Lakes Mental Health seeks a Substance Use Disorder Professional to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, and case management for FACT clients in Pierce County. The role covers community-based services, court appearances, and collaboration with external partners to support recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Current WA State SUDP certification required.
• WA credential applications must be started within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform Substance Use Disorder assessments in various settings and develop treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling and case management for FACT clients.
• Coordinate with external providers and manage referrals for treatment.
• Complete required documentation and treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Attend court with clients and participate in daily team meetings.
