Job summary

Boulder County Public Health Department is seeking a Community Substance Use Data and Engagement Specialist to coordinate data collection, analysis, and evaluation for prevention initiatives such as HFC, EPIC, and SUAG. The role also supports community engagement and reporting to funders and partners.

The position will lead data-driven decision making, ensure grant compliance, and coordinate CNCI processes where applicable. Hybrid work, with some evenings/weekends, is required in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or related field.
• Relevant coursework in epidemiology, biostatistics, disease surveillance, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, evaluation, and reporting for multiple grants.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify community needs.
• Support Shared Measurement project with the City of Boulder.
• Ensure alignment with CDPHE tools and guidance.
• Collaborate with staff and partners to leverage shared data.
• Translate data findings into accessible formats for stakeholders.
• Serve as lead for HubSpot CRM for HFC and SUAG.
• Manage tracking for stipends and membership.
