Job summary

Wallowa Valley Center for Wellness is seeking a dedicated clinician to deliver community-based mental health and substance use treatment services. The role involves direct clinical work in homes, schools, and facilities, plus coordination with partners to support individualized treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, behavioral health, or a related field or 3+ years of work/school experience preferred.
• CADC certification or willingness to obtain CADC in Oregon.
• Experience with behavioral health needs and working with underserved populations.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical services in client homes, facilities, schools, hospitals, and other settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools (e.g., ASAM).
• Develop individualized plans with clients and monitor progress towards goals.
• Provide individual, group, and family counseling with clients and families.
• Complete accurate documentation in the EHR in a timely manner.
• Make referrals and connect clients to community resources and services.
• Coordinate care with internal teams and community partners.
