Job summary

WH Management seeks a motivated Community Specialist for The Alexander, a luxury community in Mansfield, TX. You will drive leasing activity, sustain high occupancy, and deliver an exceptional living experience with a strong sales mindset and closing ability.

Responsibilities include showing units, staying current on market trends, addressing tenant concerns, coordinating maintenance, and adhering to Fair Housing rules.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or real estate preferred.
• Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 housing programs.

• Show available units to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property.
• Provide luxury lease up experience and maintain high occupancy levels.
• Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions and trends.
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests with the property management team.
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service to retain residents and leases.
• Engage prospects and follow up until an appointment is set or decision is made.
• Maintain professionalism with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
• Handle incoming sales by phone, email, and online chat.
• Log all activity into Elise and One Site databases accurately.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude. As a Community Specialist, you will be responsible for driving leasing activity, maintaining high occupancy levels, and ensuring an exceptional living experience for our residents. We are looking for a great sales personality and strong closer with lease up experience!

Responsibilities

• Show available units to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property
• Luxury lease up experience required
• Maintain updated knowledge of market conditions and trends
• Address tenant concerns and coordinate maintenance requests with the property management team
• Adhere to Fair Housing regulations and guidelines
• Provides current and prospective residents with the best possible customer service to retain residents and lease properties.
• Discovers, engages, and advances each prospect and follow up until they have set an appointment, found a home within our portfolio, or decided not to move.
• Displays a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
• Handles incoming sales by phone, email, and online chat.
• Logs all activity into company provided databases (Elise, One Site) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately communicates the benefits and features of the property portfolio.
• Stays up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.
• Provides accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fills all reasonable requests or requirements.
• Maintains company’s customer service and sales standards

Requirements
