Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to maintain a clean and welcoming environment across public spaces and resident apartments. You will perform floor, carpet, surface, and bathroom cleaning while prioritizing safety and resident privacy.

Responsibilities include logging activities, supporting disaster response, and completing ongoing training. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, dust, mop floors and maintain clean common areas and resident apartments.
• Vacuum, shampoo, deodorize and disinfect carpets.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces, handle cleaning solutions safely.
• Clean and sanitize public restrooms and fixtures.
• Clean assigned apartments including linens and fixtures.
• Interact professionally with residents and report safety concerns.
• Record cleaning activities per procedures.
• Assist with disaster response and follow safety protocols.
• Participate in in-service training and on-the-job education.
