Spectrum is hiring for a customer service role in California. You will assist customers with Spectrum’s Video, Internet, and Voice services, manage activations, and handle billing while aiming to grow product usage and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service and sales or retention is preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot video, internet and streaming issues using diagnostic tools.
• Manage account activation, maintenance and billing concerns via phone support.
• Recommend upgrades and solutions based on customer needs to enhance value.
• Process orders and navigate systems for new sales and account updates.
• Facilitate escalations and determine if field visits are needed for complex issues.
• Contribute ideas to improve the customer experience and build relationships.
• Consistently achieve sales activity goals and stay current on Spectrum offerings.
