AtSolarEdge,wearecommittedtofair,transparentpayandwestrivetoprovidecompetitive,market informedcompensation.Totalcompensationincludesbase,commission,andequity.Targetbasesalaryis120K-130K.Itisanticipatedthatmostqualifiedcandidateswillfallnearthemiddleofthisrange.However,basepayofferedisbasedonmarketlocation,andmayvaryfurtherdependingonindividualizedfactorsforjobcandidates,suchasjob-relatedknowledge,skills,experience,andotherobjectivebusinessconsiderations.
