Territory Sales Manager
Location: Brooklyn/Queens NY
Total Compensation at Goal: Starting from $100,000
Position Responsibilities:
- Call on all company authorized dealers in the assigned territory. Develop strong business partnerships with these dealers and their sales representatives.
- Direct and develop distributors and dealers to sell Ivoclar Clinical product line.
- Introduce new products/promotions and demonstrate the ability to gain market share with these programs.
- Develop influential dentists as referrals and customers in the assigned territory.
- Communicate with company management about VIP dentists.
- Participate in and sell at local, regional, and national dental trade shows and seminars.
- Sell Clinical product line to dental schools in the assigned territory. Build strong relationships with directors and chairpersons.
- Participate in local dental study club product evaluation programs. Deliver at least four presentations annually, including at least one overview to dental students.
- Familiarize with government dental facilities in the territory and introduce Ivoclar products to their personnel.
- Maintain an effective sales plan for the territory, including sales strategies, competitive analysis, and environment assessment.
Your Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, with at least 18 months of related experience.
- Knowledge of dental sales and marketing is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain a credit card required.
- Willingness to travel overnight and for extended periods.
