Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Valid driver's license (not under suspension).
• PA residency requirements apply; preference to Cambria County residents.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Interview support to obtain and verify information needed for determining client eligibility for social services.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct home visits or accompany professional staff, sharing observations and assessments.
• Monitor families in maintaining home conditions, child care, and use of public transportation.
• Provide information, referrals, and assistance in locating housing and community resources.
• Serve as a link between the agency and community organizations under professional staff direction.
