Lloyd Management is seeking a Site Manager to oversee four townhome communities across Minnesota. The role blends office work, hands-on property tasks, and resident relations, ensuring turnover, curb appeal, and safety standards are maintained.

You will supervise contractors, perform unit turns, handle resident inquiries, and support a welcoming, well-maintained living environment. A driver’s license is required for site visits.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and comfort with standard office software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Property management experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
