New Horizons is seeking a Community Services Scheduling Specialist in Watertown, SD to support personalized goals and coordinate client and staff schedules. The role focuses on promoting health, safety, welfare, and rights of people served while coordinating services and activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Successful completion of criminal background check.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Supports scheduling for clients and staff to ensure daily Community Services operations.
• Serves as liaison among people served, families, guardians, and other agencies to coordinate services.
• Develops and maintains client and staff schedules; prepares monthly sign-up sheets and scheduling updates.
• Addresses scheduling changes due to call-outs and other events; communicates updates to staff.
