Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in recreation administration or related field.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience coordinating recreational programs.

Responsibilities

• Plans, supervises, coordinates, reviews, and evaluates programs and services.
• Coordinates day-to-day operations of community services programs and facilities.
• Recruits and supervises part-time staff and volunteers; schedules and trains them.
• Develops publicity for programs and manages public outreach.
• Monitors budgets, purchases equipment, and tracks payroll hours.
• Maintains records and prepares reports for management.
