Qualifications

• One year of experience in recreation programs or six months at Recreation Leader I/II.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety rules and de-escalation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Implement activities for children, teens, and adults.
• Lead groups and coordinate program calendars.
• Provide excellent customer service to participants and parents.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of activity areas.
• Prepare reports and complete accident/incident forms.
