Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience in human services preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Working knowledge of computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support per individual service plans, including socialization and development.
• Document progress and activities; maintain confidentiality.
• Assist with daily living activities: personal care, housekeeping, transportation, shopping and community integration.
• Make cost-effective purchases within the individual’s budget and according to preferences.
• Maintain professional relationships with individuals, families, guardians and case managers; follow Sevita customer service standards.
• Report any incidents per policy; uphold rights and safety of individuals.
