Job summary

Sevita REM Community Services seeks a Program Supervisor to oversee ISP implementation, hire and train staff, and manage scheduling and oversight for a team of Caregivers serving individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities include direct support duties such as meal planning, medication administration, and daily personal care, plus supervising staff and coordinating community outings and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• One year related work experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals in the program.
• Provide support to individuals including daily activities, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties are split between direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or transportation to work or activities.
