Job summary

Emory Valley Center is seeking a Community Services Manager to lead a team delivering IDD-focused, community-based supports in Tennessee. You will train Employment Coaches, ensure coverage, and model person-centered engagement in real-world settings to promote belonging and meaningful community participation.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, staff mentorship, and program leadership to strengthen inclusive communities and improve outcomes for adults with IDD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ACRE Certification preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor Employment Coaches in person-centered, community-based practices.
• Ensure proper staffing coverage, including PTO, training, and emergency needs.
• Model person-centered engagement with DSPs in community settings.
• Provide oversight into service plans and monitor staff performance.
