Job summary

Accenture Construct in Florida is seeking a role to assist with research and outreach initiatives on water conservation and emergency preparedness, while supporting multiple teams across the organization.

The position offers flexible work location with a mix of remote and in-office work, requires a valid driver's license, and periodic in-person collaboration. You will help create dashboards and reports to track program progress and impact.

Qualifications

• Background in Communications, Environmental Science, Water Resources Management, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, Public Administration, Public Policy, or similar fields.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to reliable transportation
• Ability to attend in office twice weekly

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with System Management and the Communications Coordinator on outreach initiatives related to water conservation and emergency preparedness.
• Measure program effectiveness and create data dashboards tracking social messaging.
• Provide administrative support across several teams.
• Participate in community events, public hearings, workshops and HOA meetings; reliable transportation required.
• Develop and update programs for the Community Services team across Florida.
• Provide customer support for Community Services Representatives across the governmental client’s areas.
• Review and advise on utility water conservation practices and social messaging.
• Draft reports or presentations to Management, Board of Directors, stakeholders and the public.
• Provide research and task handling to cross-functional teams as assigned.
