Groundworks New Mexico is seeking an experienced Community Services Coordinator to support the HELPNM Community Services Director with program deliverables and requirements. You will partner with community agencies to schedule events, evaluate services, and help design innovative community programs.

The role involves selecting and training Community Support Advocates, conducting periodic CSA trainings, and advising on service delivery models to enhance community engagement and impact.

Competenze

• Associate degree from an accredited junior college in Family Studies and two (2) years of progressive experience in employment and/or training programs, social services, and/or with the low-income population
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience in program administration, staff supervision, and community-based service delivery
• Any combination of education from an accredited university and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling 4 years may substitute for the required education and experience
