HELP New Mexico’s Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is designed to assist limited-income individuals on their journeys to achieve their educational and employment goals. This happens through an individualized array of supportive services and emergency assistance, so families will have their needs met while education and/or job training is ongoing.
Will consider candidates based in the following areas as well: Mora, Bernalillo, Sandoval, Dona Ana, Santa fe, Rio Arriba, Taos, Colfax, San Miguel.
Travel to the following counties:Mora, Bernalillo, Sandoval, Dona Ana, Santa fe, Rio Arriba, Taos, Colfax, San Miguel. Weekly travel expected to support staff in these areas.
You will directly superviseCommunity Support Advocates, including assigning work, setting performance expectations, monitoring outcomes, and providing ongoing coaching and corrective feedback. Conduct or leads performance evaluations and makes formal recommendations regarding hiring, promotion, disciplinary action, and termination of Community Support Advocates. Has authority to adjust workloads, prioritize assignments, and approve schedules to meet program goals.

This position is accountable for achieving program outcomes and may be required to work beyond standard business hours to meet organizational objectives.
The position is evaluated based on results achieved rather than hours worked.
