Qualifikationen

• Minimum requirements: Associate’s Degree with one year experience; or high school education with three years of related work.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking and in presenting reports.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of desktop computer systems and data entry of client information.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Windows environments.
• Ability to travel in the service area using Agency vehicle and possess a valid SC driver’s license.
• May travel occasionally using own vehicle.
• Ability to maintain and retrieve client files and visually review records.

• Determines eligibility of clients.
• Prepares necessary forms/documentation for program services.
• Conducts follow-up tasks with clients to verify emergency or assistance situations, including home visits.
• Coordinates services with other human/social services agencies as needed to meet requests and avoid duplication.
• Assists in data input, documentation, and management of client tracking/monitoring processes using manual and computerized methods.
• Works with other agency program staff and Local referral agencies to disseminate information.
• Provides program advocacy, support and technical assistance to staff for program requirements.
• Performs other assigned duties and tasks as required.
