Job description

The City of Isanti is accepting applications for a Community Service Officer (CSO). The CSO will perform routine patrol of city parks, caretaking and inventory maintenance of evidence, transportation of evidence to crime lab, and city code enforcement: involving the inspection, regulation, and enforcement of codes and ordinances which include animal control, property maintenance, parking enforcement, signs, nuisance abatement, issuance of administrative citations and other zoning issues/violations and related work as assigned. This position is not eligible for benefits

Schedule: 20 hours per week.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•Must be 18 years of age or older.
•High school degree or equivalent.
•Must possess a valid Minnesota Class D driver’s license or equivalent.
•Experience with computers and software applications
•Ability to maintain clear and accurate records and detailed reports.
