Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops, monitors, and ensures compliance with the community school strategy in line with current legislation and DCPS requirements.
• Conducts needs assessments to identify student and community needs and priorities.
• Facilitates ongoing stakeholder advisory groups to inform development of community school plan.
• Develops clear, data-driven annual community school plan for the coordination and delivery of services for students and families.
• Creates detailed timelines for each initiative and tracks progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Engages with families and the community through responsive, professional communication and relationship building.
