Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work preferred. Degrees in related fields are acceptable.
• Social Work license preferred but not required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and reports.
• Knowledge of Excel and data tracking; strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Tracks statistical program data on student achievement and student needs.
• Identifies and screens families in need of services and coordinates access.
• Conducts home visits for family support as indicated from a student needs assessment.
• Coordinates with agencies when clinical evaluation is necessary.
• Provides one-on-one student support with instruction and counseling as needed.
• Collaborates with school counselors and leadership on annual needs assessments.
• Works with early learning agencies to identify students needing resources.
