Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, or related field
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including urban school environment
• Experience using student data to guide practice
• Proactive leadership with collaborative, solutions-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Manage the Community School model and partner with the school principal to implement components (attendance, interventions, extended learning, health services, family engagement, partnerships)
• Develop and coordinate community partnerships to meet student and family needs
• Supervise staff and interns and ensure consistent service delivery across partnerships
• Lead needs assessment with the school and engage community partners
• Communicate with students, parents, and staff to connect to services
• Observe staff performance and facilitate professional development
• Contribute to data collection/analysis on student outcomes for program improvement
• Plan and lead community meetings and events including evenings/weekends
• Engage families to support student education and development
• Maintain records related to program deliverables
