Comcast is seeking a Community Sales professional in Michigan to drive penetration growth of XFINITY products across designated communities. You will build relationships with property management and leasing staff, promote a full range of Comcast offerings, and provide ongoing sales support to drive subscriber growth.

The role requires onsite visits, events and coordination with internal teams to resolve customer issues, including prep work for new builds before occupancy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of coursework and experience considered.
• 2–5 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
• Strong communication and customer-centric selling skills.

Responsabilités

• Promotes Comcast products to assigned Communities to drive penetration and retention.
• Maintains knowledge of video, Internet, voice, XFINITY Home and XFINITY Mobile offerings.
• Builds strong relationships with property management and leasing staff.
• Handles on-site visits, events and incentives to generate subscriber growth.
• Coordinates with internal teams to resolve customer care issues quickly.
• Supports new build communities before occupancy dates.
