Job summary

Comcast in Virginia is seeking a Community Sales Specialist to drive growth of video, internet, voice, XFINITY Home and XFINITY Mobile in assigned Communities. You will build strong relationships with property management and support sales at the community level, using Comcast programs and marketing collateral.

You will conduct on-site visits, coordinate events to grow subscribers, handle inquiries across sales, product and customer care, and work with Comcast Business for incremental

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Promote Comcast products to assigned Communities and build relationships with property management.
• Drive penetration growth, awareness, retention, and interest in XFINITY products at the community level.
• Follow up with customers and property staff on sales, product, or service issues; resolve quickly.
• Develop relationships with property management and leasing staff; coordinate onsite programs.
• Attend on-site events to generate subscriber growth and ensure services are available before occupancy.
