Job summary

Comcast in Minnesota seeks a Community Sales specialist to drive growth for XFINITY video, high-speed Internet, voice, XFINITY Home and XFINITY Mobile within assigned Communities. You will leverage property management relationships and on-site programs to generate subscriber growth.

The role requires strong product knowledge, sales savvy, and the ability to work complex schedules including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Comcast products and presents offerings to assigned Communities.
• Promotes awareness, retention and interest in XFINITY products at the Community level using available programs.
• Proactively follows up with customers and property staff on sales, product, technical, or customer care issues.
• Builds strong relationships with property management and leasing staff to support onsite programs and events.
• Visits new build communities regularly and ensures services are available prior to occupancy dates.
