Job summary

Hawaiian Telcom in Honolulu seeks an entry-level sales representative to engage residents at our sales kiosks, community events, and retail partner stores. You will build relationships, educate customers about products, and contribute to sales growth through excellent service.

This is a commission-based position with base pay and uncapped commissions. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills; and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus.
• Experience in direct sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service, assess needs, and consultatively sell products.
• Educate residents about features and benefits of offerings.
• Represent the company at kiosks, events, and partner stores to grow visibility.
• Build and maintain a network of loyal customers through service and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using the CRM.
• Seek ways to enhance resident experience and drive sales growth.
