Job summary

Chariton Valley Association - Proud Partner of Center for Human Services is seeking a Community Registered Nurse Coordinator to provide clinical leadership, oversight, and coordination of medical and nursing services for individuals served. The role emphasizes documentation, compliance, training, and on‑call coverage.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current State RN license (or compact state).
• Professional CPR certification required.
• DHSS Approved Instructor certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor medical services and nursing duties with providers, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Lead and mentor Community RNs; ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and maintain ISPs with health-related updates.
