Job summary

Chariton Valley Association (CVA), in partnership with Center for Human Services, seeks a Community Registered Nurse (RN) for part-time roles in Jefferson County, MO. The RN will promote health, provide nursing delegations, and deliver Level 1 Medication Administration and CPR/First Aid training to staff and individuals served.

The role requires ADN with licensure, CPR certification, and ability to travel; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• DHSS Instructor certification required.

Responsibilities

• Promotes health and coordinates medical services for individuals served.
• Conducts full health assessments within 7 days of hospital discharge or ER visit.
• Provides Level 1 Medication Administration training and CPR/First Aid instruction.
• Travel to multiple locations statewide as needed to support individuals.
• Document services to meet Medicaid, DMH certification and contract requirements.
• Protect confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA in all communications.
