Job summary

ACLAMO seeks a Community Resource and Advocate Specialist to manage the Safe Haven Food Pantry and Donation Closet, coordinating intake, distribution, inventory, and donor relations for the community.

The role collaborates with community health navigators to address client needs, promote resource access, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Strong advocacy and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in public health, health education, or related field with 5 years of experience
• Associate degree in public health, health education, or related field with 8 years of work experience
• Fluency in Spanish and English required

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, organization, and distribution of food, clothing, and essential items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and track donations.
• Coordinate with donors and partners for regular restocking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Support clients with compassionate and professional assistance.
• Supervise ACLAMO’s Pantry operations and staff/volunteers.
