Job summary

Spann Marketing LLC is hiring motivated communicators to join our community outreach energy team. This in-person role focuses on door-to-door outreach in assigned Philadelphia neighborhoods, explaining energy programs clearly and guiding customers through enrollments.

You are confident speaking face-to-face, reliable, and motivated to grow. Experience is a plus but not required; training and transportation are provided, with weekly pay and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking to customers in person.
• Reliable, professional demeanor and punctuality.
• No experience required; willing to train and start immediately.

Responsibilities
