Job summary

Homeworks Energy is seeking motivated individuals to canvass neighborhoods and speak with residents about no-cost home energy assessments through the Mass Save program, while scheduling customers for energy evaluations.

Ideal candidates are 18+, have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, and are comfortable traveling up to an hour. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese is required or preferred. Benefits include base pay with commissions and training.

• Experience in sales, retail or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Knock on 60+ doors a day and discuss no-cost home energy assessments
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments through the Mass Save Program
• Arrive to assigned neighborhoods on time and ready to go
• Drive to canvassing locations up to 1 hour away with mileage reimbursed
• Attend bi-weekly team meetings

What You'll Earn:

Base pay of $24/hr, with total average pay reaching $24-$35/hr when commission is factored in - with top performers earning $1,000+/week in commission alone!
