Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Field-based Community Relations Rep II in Wisconsin. The role focuses on developing and maintaining community contacts and partnerships, with travel to client sites as needed.

It requires a driver’s license and the ability to engage with tribal agencies and advocacy groups across the state. The incumbent will lead LTSS-related strategies in WI, build relationships with community organizations, track outreach activities, and develop community presentations.

Qualifications

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare or sales/marketing environment; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
• AD or BA/BS preferred.
• Long Term Care in Wisconsin experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge about provider network that supports the delivery area is strongly preferred
• Knowledge of community partners that support the area is strongly preferred
• Valid driver's license and access to a motor vehicle with valid motor vehicle insurance required.

Field : This field-based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as their role requires, with occasional office attendance for meetings or training. This approach ensures flexibility, responsiveness to client needs, and direct, hands on engagement.
