Job summary

Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations professional to lead the development and execution of engaging community programs.

You will coordinate marketing, public relations, and sales activities, build partnerships with physicians and community leaders, and analyze data with Tableau and Salesforce to guide outreach. The role focuses on expanding patient referrals, coordinating with other departments for consistent branding, and reporting outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 1+ year of marketing/public relations experience and sales experience.
• Proven ability to network within key marketing territories and social circles.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee, and participate in the development of Community Relations work plan.
• Organize and execute community engagement strategies, projects, and events.
• Build relationships with physicians and community leaders; maintain communications.
• Coordinate with other service lines for brand consistency.
• Review contracts and move through vetting and approval processes; negotiate for best value.
• Use Tableau and Salesforce to identify areas for engagement and marketing opportunities.
• Respond to inquiries and issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Identify new business opportunities and analyze market data.
• Develop physician referral programs and increase patient volume at satellite locations.
• Prepare status reports on data findings and program outcomes.
