Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a health care business development professional to strengthen relationships with referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities. You will educate partners on Enhabit services and program requirements to support post-acute care transitions and improve patient outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor's or higher in healthcare administration or marketing, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and a valid driver's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field or graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work
• Highly preferred graduate of an approved school of nursing, therapy or social work
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local laws and regulatory guidelines governing Medicare certified home health and hospice operations
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance are required
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, senior living communities, etc.) to grow referrals
• Educates referral sources about Enhabit services and program requirements to support post-acute care transitions
• aims to improve patient outcomes, ensure care transitions, and promote satisfaction among patients and referral sources
