Job summary

i-80 Gold Corp. is seeking a Lead, Community Relations for the Ruby Hill Complex in Eureka, Nevada. You will represent the company in the local community, coordinate outreach, and drive engagement with Tribal groups, schools, businesses, and residents.

Reporting to the Manager of Community Development & Engagement, you will advance the company’s development strategy, monitor sentiment, and ensure responsible project development while traveling throughout Northern Nevada as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in community relations, public affairs, or related fields.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse rural communities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Experience planning community meetings, events, and outreach initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project-management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and stakeholder databases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary community representative for the Ruby Hill Complex.
• Coordinate community meetings, outreach, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Support implementation of community development and engagement strategy.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, External Affairs, and cross-functional teams.
• Track engagement metrics and report on community impact.
