Job summary

Centene is seeking a Community Relations Specialist to lead membership/enrollment initiatives through marketing projects, health fairs, and community activities. You will coordinate events, develop relationships, and support market expansion while collaborating with brokers, providers, and the sales team.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field and 3+ years in sales/marketing, preferably in health insurance or government programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3+ years sales/marketing experience, preferably with government products.
• Health insurance or managed care experience preferred.
• Specific language skills may be required by some plans.

Responsibilities

• Plans, develops, coordinates, collaborates and conducts events including meetings, presentations and field marketing activities.
• Develops and maintains business relationships to increase membership/enrollment targets.
• Represents the department at internal and external meetings, including vendor reporting.
• Develops presentations for sales, broker training, member retention, and outreach activities.
• Acts as department liaison for market materials, collateral rollout and inventory.
• Coordinates with the sales team for successful market execution.
